HRC Experience Upgrades
HRC has activated Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), account takeover protections, and dark web monitoring across our platform to protect our clients and their participants better. These upgrades will enhance our client's security experience with HRC.
Clients and participants may be required to answer additional security questions to access their online accounts.
HRC takes cyber security seriously so you can feel safe with us as your preferred benefits administrator!
HRC has also rolled out real-time bank account authentication. Gone are the days of needing to verify a micro-deposit. Our system will now perform a series of real-time validations on an account and only perform a micro-deposit if the system detects a high-risk account. Most bank accounts will now be instantly approved!
