Need assistance from Customer Service? We are here to help!
We've made it quick and easy for you to complete the new Customer Service eForm to provide us with some information to assist you.
You may access the eForm through this link: Customer Service eForm.
You can also find SUBMIT REQUEST on our website home page.
Once you complete an eForm to submit your question or request, you will get an autoreply so you know it's been received by HRC.
After receiving it, a Customer Service Representative will reach out to you to assist with any questions for the requests you submitted. If you are submitting a claim or a receipt, it will be forwarded along to the appropriate department for processing.
Please note the department email, customerservice@hrcts.com, will be discontinued later in 2024 and all customer service requests will be required to be submitted via the new eForm.
