Night Mouth Guards

Night mouth guards are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), health reimbursement arrangement (HRA), or a limited purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA). Night mouth guards are not eligible with a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA). The purpose of this mouth guard must be for a medical purpose, such as nighttime grinding of teeth. Athletic mouth guards are eligible if used to prevent injuries and not for performance enhancement.
