Massage guns for the primary purpose of pain relief are eligible with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). Massage guns for pain relief are not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA). Massage guns intended primarily for general well-being or relaxation are not eligible.
