Genetic Testing

Genetic testing related to the diagnosis of a medical condition is eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), and some health reimbursement accounts (HRA). Genetic testing is not eligible for reimbursement with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA). Genetic testing not related to a medical condition, such as ancestry, will not qualify.
