Fertility Treatment

Fertility treatments are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). Fertility treatments are not eligible with a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA), or a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA). Fertility treatments are only eligible to the extent they are performed on the account holder, their spouse, or eligible dependents. For example, surrogacy expenses are not eligible.
