Eye masks for pain relief are an Over-the-Counter (OTC) item eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA - always check plan guidelines), or potentially a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA - speak with your administrator on eligibility). Eye masks for pain relief are not eligible for reimbursement with a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA).
