Donor Fees

Donor fees and expenses for an organ, egg, or sperm donor are eligible if they relate to a medical procedure to be performed on the account holder or qualifying family member. In these cases, donor fees reimbursement would be eligible with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) and health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). Donor fees reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA).
