Dermatology Treatment

Dermatology treatment may or may not require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) or prescription dependent upon the service and treatment to be eligible with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) or health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). Dermatology treatment reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA).
