An Update Regarding COVID-19

To all our valued Clients, Business Partners, and Carriers,

On behalf of HRCTS, I want to thank you all for your business and trust you place in us. We are committed more than ever to delivering the excellent customer service you have grown to love and expect from HRCTS. We recognize COVID-19 has placed a lot of stress on your HR Teams, Business Owners, and Staff, but we want you to know HRCTS stands with you and is here to serve your benefit administration needs. Now more than ever it is important for your employees to feel comforted in knowing their health claims are being paid and money is on its way.

HRCTS instituted our work remote program to enable our entire staff to be working at home and staying safe. I am pleased to inform you that we are fully functional, up and running, with no delay in claims, customer service, accounting, COBRA, or administration functions. It is business as usual, with a slight twist of staff working remotely. Per the Governor of NH, we will remain working remotely until May 4th. At which time we will reevaluate the risk, health needs of our staff, and safety to determine if the remote program will be extended or if staff will be returning. In either scenario, HRCTS is fully operational and it’s business as usual.

We have had an increase in questions coming in to see if we could help with our clients’ COBRA needs during this confusing and unprecedented times. HRCTS is a full service COBRA administrator and we are poised and ready to help you stay compliant and informed. Other frequent questions we have been getting are wrapped around our direct billing solution to help employees pay for their premiums while on furlough. If we can be of any help to you or your HR Teams, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your account manager or our sales team.

Keep in mind, now is also a great time to add a limited purpose HRA to help offset COVID-19 medical expenses for employees not covered by a medical plan or to reimburse employees for expenses they are incurring by working at home.
